My son

After a long and exhausting 17 hour labour, Rosa gave birth yesterday to our son. There are some photos below, but I'm not going to say much more because visiting hours are about to begin and I'm going to run off and see him again.
He weighs nine pounds, five and a half ounces.

wow, congratulations guys, you've made a beautifull little human, well done!
i'm proud to be the first person to welcome little baby caleb (hint hint) into this wierd and wonderfull world via the power of his fathers blog.
i hope that you take advantage of the sleepless nights by posting lots of photos of your nippa up here for us to see in the southern hemisphere. and that you train him as a bilingual ninja jazz trombonist from birth.
would you like me to get his starchart done as a birthday pressie? my mum does them as a hobby, just need the date, place, and time of birth.she did mine and it's pretty amazingly spot-on.
all health and happiness to you all.

Oh Pippin and Rosa, Look what you have done!. He has the look about him of an absolute dude. Let me know at what point you are initiating him to the pub and I'll pop over and buy him a pint.

lots of love to all, Katy x x x x
